Loud Occasion uses your enquiry details to review your idea and contact you about it. For questions, corrections or deletion requests, email henry.raworth@gmail.com.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry, this site stores your name, email, company or project name, occasion, optional event date and note, any song concept you selected, your package choice and the planned offer and price shown at submission. When present, fixed entry, campaign and creative IDs are saved with the enquiry; the first accepted record keeps its original attribution. It also records your consent, the notice version, submission time and a reference. Please don’t include sensitive personal information.

How we use and retain it

Your enquiry is stored in this site’s database for manual review by Henry Raworth. Records are retained until manually deleted; there is no automatic expiry. Your consent covers this enquiry, not a newsletter subscription. Submitting the form doesn’t send an automatic email.

Browser storage and security

Unsent answers stay in the open page and are not saved as a browser draft. A random token in session storage groups repeat sends; it does not contain contact details or give access to records. Fixed entry, campaign and creative IDs also stay in session storage for this tab so the first valid campaign context survives navigation and reloads. These IDs contain no contact details, full URLs or referrers. If session storage is unavailable, they remain only in the open page. If registration uses sign-in, the record is linked to your signed-in Site identity.

The form uses security counters to limit repeated requests. Counters expire within 48 hours, and expired rows are removed when the form is next used. This form’s application code does not collect IP addresses.

Usage counts

When the enquiry form is available, the Site counts form views and send attempts in aggregate, including breakdowns by the same fixed campaign IDs, without contact details or visitor identifiers in those counts. Additional demo, package and form journey measurement is disabled. These are approximate interactions, not unique people or confirmed enquiries. Confirmed enquiries are counted from stored records. No names, emails, stories, event dates or enquiry references are included in interaction counts. Qualification and payment are manual operational statuses; this site does not take payments.
